Run Mad

I guess you could say it began that day the hub decided he could no longer take Eartha Kitt’s purring. He convinced me that I needed an iPod to help me focus and right there and then, as soon as I oohed and aahed over the pretty colors, he ordered one. Of course, what’s a pod bought online without engraving, right? So I thought long and hard for a suitable line and finally resorted to thievery by pinching from Jane Austen.

Run mad as often as you choose.


Isn’t that a lovely line? I fell head over heels in love with the quote and it now adorns our bedroom, too. It’s on my wallpaper, on my email signature, and on the list of  words I’m teaching Alex to read this summer.

One day, I won’t just be filling spaces with the quote. I am going to literally and figuratively run mad as often as I choose.
