I know cancer isn’t a pretty subject to google but I’ve been looking it up; and I learned something interesting about mesothelioma.

Do you know that if you have mesothelioma, you may sue the sellers, installers, and even the manufacturers of products with asbestos?

See, mesothelioma is considered a rare form of cancer (no surprise there; there’s more than one form that’s considered rare) but what makes it different from other cancers is that it’s completely preventable! This is where lawsuits come in. When the preventable becomes a person’s reality – your reality, even, you can file legal claim for financial and medical assistance. True, winning your lawsuit won’t reverse the tragedy but financial assistance can at least make the medical and financial burdens easier to shoulder.

I wonder if mesothelioma lawsuits are done here, though. The material I read was obviously intended for an American audience.
