I took prenatal vitamins when I had Akio, I think as early as six weeks. With my second pregnancy, I took them until I was five months pregnant... heheh! Now I'm on flintstones bleeh =P It's still multivitamins with folic acid, iron, etc... I take three gummies daily. Syaro! Chin, I don’t know. Hehehe!
